Dispatch

Orders are prepared in our studio in Ibiza and dispatched on working days. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost depends on the destination and the size of your order. It is shown at checkout before you pay, so you always know the total in advance.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and the service you choose at checkout. They are estimates given by the carrier and are not guaranteed. If your parcel is delayed, write to us and we will follow it up with the carrier.

Made-to-order pieces

Customised and made-to-order pieces are embroidered by hand for you and need at least one month before they can be dispatched. We will confirm the date with you when you order.

Orders outside the European Union

Parcels sent outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Problems with your delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, write to info@lafleury.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will sort it out.
